Description:

This position focuses on developing custom business solutions across SharePoint Online and Office 365 offerings, specifically leveraging PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. As a Power Platform Developer, you will analyze customer operational requirements, translate them into technical solution designs, create automated workflows, and construct low-code application front-ends. The role blends software execution with internal technical leadership, requiring you to guide technical meetings, write solution documentation, and train business end-users.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional development experience with a deep technical understanding of the Microsoft collaboration and productivity ecosystem.
• Proven hands-on track record configuring, designing, and maintaining canvas or model-driven web layouts within PowerApps and building automated processes using Power Automate.
• Detailed functional understanding of O365 SharePoint Online management, designing custom document repositories, managing permissions, and building site workflows.
• Proficient understanding of client-side web scripting, including manipulating frontend modules using vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, and connecting components via REST APIs.
• Ability to analyze customer operational needs, document technical requirements, map system architecture, and self-manage tasks independently or inside collaborative team branches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead technical design discussions, manage complex stakeholder scenarios, and assist in guiding and training business end-users.
• An official Microsoft SharePoint Development or Power Platform certification will be considered an added technical advantage.
